Firstly we are very sorry if you are unhappy with, or are experiencing an issue with you purchase. First thing to do, is please contact us regarding your issue as soon as possible so that we can resolve any problems as quickly as possible. Due to the individual and unique nature of our handmade jewellery we are unfortunately unable to make direct exchanges if you item is damaged.
